The objects of TQW’s business are the promotion, performance and further development of contemporary dance and contemporary performance, including documentation and research in these artistic fields as well as furthering the understanding of these artistic fields. This activity is promoted and presented on www.tqw.at.
Basic purpose of this website
Information about the Choreographic Platform Austria 2023 – CPA23 and information platform for contemporary dance and performance.
In 2023, a group of leading promoters in the fields of dance, choreography and performance comprising brut, Festspielhaus St. Pölten, Tanzquartier Wien, ImPulsTanz, Osterfestival Tirol and SZENE Salzburg has undertaken to hold a three-day joint choreographic platform. The website www.choreographic-platform.at is intended to represent and accompany the platform as well as dance events across Austria between the biennial platforms. The Choreographic Platform Austria 2023 – CPA23 will be relaunched as a biennial festival in 2023 presenting outstanding dance and performance productions from Austria to a local and international specialist audience on a regular basis going forward.
